Breakfast is a broad topic area. All food lovers and journalists would agree that breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. What is breakfast? Is it okay to eat more than one meal and how?
When should you eat your breakfast? There are many reasons to eat your breakfast, but we will focus on two here. One: You need calories in your body during the early hours of the day when you are tired and needs fuel. Two: You can forget lunch or dinner and want to dig into something delicious before the rest of your day gets busy.
